I will endeavour to answer any questions or address any concerns you have before embarking on therapy. Availability of free phone appointments are limited in any given week, and offered at my discretion so may need to be booked sufficiently in advance to avoid disappointment.

SOLUTION-FOCUSED HYPNOTHERAPY €100 per 60 min session For those who prefer or need a longer session of 60/90 min this is available at an investment of €120
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy normally takes anything from two to four sessions approx. This may include NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy). A personalized CD is made for you, for home use which will help you to achieve the desired changes as rapidly as possible.
CLINICAL HYPNO-PSYCHOTHERAPY €100 per 60 min approx session. A 60/90 min app is also available for those who need or prefer a longer session
Clinical Hypnotherapy including Psychotherapy is required when the origins of the problem are deeper and warrant more time and regression to achieve a permanent positive result.
This therapy can take from 6 to 12 sessions approx. This may include NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy). A personalized MP3 is made for you, for home use which will help you to achieve the desired changes as rapidly as possible.
SMOKING CESSATION THERAPY €250 (120 -150 min session) €50 top-up session is available if required within the first month.
AKASHIC SOUL READING SESSION (60 Mins) Cork City €110
PAST LIFE REGRESSION THERAPY which may include sessions on the INTER-LIFE (Life between lives), PRENATAL (In the Womb) and BIRTH regression.
Cork City – One to One PLT regression app fee €250, duration 2.5 to 3.5 hours generally
Although each session is a stand alone therapy session in its own right, and often achieves the desired result, it is highly recommended that 2 to 4 past life regression sessions be taken within a 12/18 month period. This enables you to capture, understand and overcome persistent problems or themes running through past lives contributing to the current life condition or problem.

Payment is generally made at each session regardless of the Therapy you have chosen. The Lough Hypnotherapy Clinic does not operate a card payment service. Please be aware that if you need to cancel your appointment, 48 hours notice is required in order to release your appointment to a waiting clients or full or partial fees may apply.
Cancellations made at short notice within 48 hours may incur charges.
All consultations are strictly by appointment only and confidentiality is assured. I will discuss with you and advise you as to the most appropriate form of therapy suited to your needs. At all times, you will be discharged from therapy at the earliest possible moment, consistent with good care.
