Solution Focused Therapy/Suggestion Therapy

This approach toTherapy generally takes anything from 2 to 5 sessions depending on your presenting symptoms.

Solution focused therapy works well with simpler problems such as Smoking, Exam Stress, Weight problems, Confidence and Memory Boost,  Sport or Performance Anxiety, Public Speaking and Fear of Flying.

This is not a complete list of the conditions helped by Solution Focused Therapy but some of the most common problems that this approach is used with.

Even more so that with Analytical therapy, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) techniques are used to overcome these problems as the emphasis is more on changing and moving forward and less on the need to find root causes from the past.  The most appropriate therapy will be discussed in more detail during the initial consultation as this session can be used in part with identifying your symptoms and planning the most appropriate course of treatment.  Of course I can also answer any questions you may have.

A personalised CD is made during your treatment for home use to get you the best possible results and as rapidly as possible.

There are generally 1-4/5 sessions required.
